Guuru – Chat for the website

23.11.2020 – Since November we have been testing a live chat on our website. With "Guuru" we want to offer an even better customer service. One special feature is that questions can be answered directly by Hapimag shareholders.

Advantages of Guuru:

  • Daily availability from 8am to 10pm

  • Average response time of less than one minute

Going on holiday and relaxing - what more could you wish for? For all travellers, the journey to their holiday destination begins at home, where they book their holiday apartment. With 56 Hapimag resorts, it can happen that you lose track. There are resorts for water lovers, nature lovers, city lovers and, and, and, and...

As versatile as our resorts are, so are the questions from our shareholders & members and interested parties. Our Hapimag Member Services staff are available to help and advise them. The Member Service is packed full of know-how from Hapimag experts. Some of them are now Guuru experts within the framework of this pilot project until at least the end of January 2021. 

With some questions it can be tricky. Does the children's pool have a shadow roof? Is the Honesty Bar available day and night? Such detailed questions are where the Hapimag shareholders come in, who know many resorts very well. Selected shareholders also answer the incoming enquiries. 

How does Guuru work?
Guuru is a chat solution of a Swiss start-up. The chat is integrated on the Hapimag website. Visitors can find the chat at the bottom right-hand corner by clicking on a blue button – just one click and you can type in your question. Then the question goes to the person who can best answer it. What is special is that this does not necessarily have to be a Hapimag employee. Shareholders also answer questions. This allows people to obtain advice directly from other shareholders and benefit from Hapimag's high level of expertise. A Hapimag employee and shareholder recount on their experiences below.

The great advantage of Guuru is that we can answer customer enquiries faster and more specifically. Guuru Chat combines the advantages of telephone and e-mail. We can react immediately to queries and have the possibility to send informative explanations by link or picture. For short and simple questions I recommend Guuru Chat, for longer consultations I recommend telephone contact.
