Arrival outside opening times
If you arrive outside of reception opening hours, we will leave the key for your townhouse for you. Since the resort is located in a gated community, you will need to show the booking confirmation to get to the reception.
1. The Digibox is located to your right by the door of the reception, on the left wall, look for the pinboard, there will be a letter for you with instructions.
2. Enter your member number into the digibox. Your member number is located on your arrival confirmation. Instructions as well as a map of the resort will be in your letter.
3. Take out your key, this is your key to your townhouse.
4. We look forward to welcome you at the reception for registration in the morning.
