You will receive the vouchers together with the invoice by regular mail. The voucher is in your letterbox within 5 working days at the latest.
Terms and conditions
The voucher can be redeemed in any Hapimag resort. It can be used for all resort services and the amount can be deducted from the final bill at checkout. The voucher can also be redeemed without staying at the resort overnight. The voucher is transferable and valid for 24 months. The value of the voucher may not be paid out in cash. No reimbursement of unused amounts will be made. Please present the original copy of the voucher to the Hapimag reception.
