You are looking forward to your holiday and we are looking forward to seeing you! In order that you can enjoy your holiday without any worries, we have created the following security measures for the reopening of Covid-19.
These measures comply with the various government guidelines and the hygiene standards in relation to Covid-19. The standards below can be found in all Hapimag Resorts and our employees have been trained to comply with them.
We will inform you about the most important protective measures / rules of conduct for Covid-19 with notices boards in the resorts.
All employees are obliged to maintain a distance of one to two metres between themselves and the guests in public areas. Where this is not possible, partition walls will be installed or employees will wear mouth and nose protection.
In all public areas, movement and recreation zones have been defined to a minimum distance of one to two metres.
All guests with a valid e-mail address will receive the "Pre-Arrival Mail" prior to their stay, with the most important information, especially regarding: check-in, services, recommendations and current information about Covid-19.
Check-in / Check-out
By filling out the registration form in the booking portal "MyHapimag" before your arrival, you can check in faster and more conveniently. During check-in and check-out, we ask that only one person at a time passes to the reception desk. Thus we can always keep the prescribed distance.
Benefit from the Hapimag Loyalty Programme and have all the consumption of the restaurant, shop, wellness etc. booked onto your total bill. You pay the total amount when you check out. In order to protect you and our employees, we recommend and prefer credit card or EC card payments at Hapimag Resorts.
In case your holidays don't go as planned - we are here to support you!
Of course we want you to make the best of your holidays. Still, if you test COVID-19 positive and cannot return home we support you in the organisation of your accommodation.
All apartments are well ventilated and thoroughly cleaned as usual before the arrival of new guests. We pay special attention to the cleaning of touch-intensive surfaces in the bathroom, kitchen, electrical appliances, bedside table, TV remote control, handles, switches etc.
Public spaces and playground
The frequency of cleaning and disinfection for surfaces with intensive contact is increased.
Disinfectant dispensers can be found in all entrance areas at the reception, restaurant, shop, wellness and public toilets. In addition, hand disinfectants and mouth and nose masks for personal use can also be purchased at the resort.
One additional change of towels and kitchen towels per week is offered.
The Infocenter will either remain closed or materials such as books, magazines, information material etc. that are touched by more than one person are not available.
Shop / Honesty Shop
The Shops / Honesty Shops are still at your disposal. If you wish, we will do your shopping and bring it to your apartment.
The capacity in our restaurants will be significantly reduced as the tables will be set up with a minimum distance of one to two meters. We offer à la carte service, room service and take-away and are currently not providing our buffets. In addition, our employees wear mouth and nose protection in the kitchen for your protection.
Indoor pool, outdoor pool and beach
The most important precautionary measure, even in indoor and outdoor pools, is a safety distance of one to two meters. The distance between bathers must also be maintained in the basins and showers. Signs indicate how many guests may enter the water at the same time, etc.
There is also a minimum distance on the lounging areas, which varies depending on the destination.This means that the capacity of the loungers in indoor and outdoor pools as well as on the beach is significantly reduced.
Entertainment & activities
If sports and entertainment offers are in the program, they will only take place in small groups with a small number of participants and without close contact. Tennis or Aquafit with a limited number of participants can take place, for example, but sports competitions such as football, handball or water polo tournaments cannot.
Sport & leisure rental equipment
All material is disinfected before and after use. Board games and playing cards can not be borrowed due to hygienic reasons.
All Hapimag employees are trained in their own resort. Guidelines were developed by the Hapimag head office and delivered to the resorts before reopening. The measures are introduced in addition to the legal requirements of the respective holiday countries.
Whenever possible, the resort staff work together in fixed teams in order to reconstruct possible infection chains.
