You can cook for yourself in your holiday apartment and, depending on the resort, also shop conveniently in our in-house shops.

Hygiene and safety

Safety and cleanliness are paramount. Washing machines are also available in some resorts

We deliver to you

Depending on the resort, we bring food directly from the in-house shops to your apartment. Also take-away or room service are possible.

Our booking conditions

Holiday plans can change quickly. With our rebooking and cancellation conditions you stay on the safe side - for example with the new "Flex Option". This offers you the possibility to cancel free of charge up to 1 day before arrival.

  • Hygiene and cleanliness

    What does Hapimag do for hygiene and cleanliness?

    • Basic cleaning and disinfection of the holiday apartments before and after use

    • Maintaining safety distances (at least 2 meters) and restriction of persons in all public areas and outlets (e.g. reception, shops, restaurants or sports and wellness areas)

    • Self-service disinfection stations at relevant locations in public areas (including reception, shops, restaurants, sports and wellness areas, Mini & Maxi Club)

    • Regular cleaning and disinfection of publicly accessible facilities and surfaces such as stair railings, lift, etc. 

    • No buffets in the restaurants, only à la carte

    • All employees are trained in COVID-19 precaution

  • Booking process

    Until when can I already make a booking today?
    Currently, the period until October 2022 is available for bookings. More details about the new booking information can be found here.

    Hapimag reserves the right to keep resorts closed due to official orders or for business reasons and therefore to cancel any made bookings. In such a case, the claim of the shareholder or member is limited to the crediting of the points charged. Further claims for damages against Hapimag are excluded.

  • Residence points

    Do you have a booking for a closed resort?
    Even in this case you do not have to worry about your points. We will cancel all bookings made for closed resorts and refund your points. This refund is done automatically.

    Important: We do not yet cancel any stays that are not due to take place until summer or autumn, for example. Currently, we only cancel bookings whose arrival is scheduled in about 14 days. Any cancellation would be confirmed separately. If the situation allows it, we can also open individual resorts earlier than communicated today. Then your booking would remain valid. Should you wish to change your booking, our employees will be happy to assist you via our Service Line 00800 3030 8080 (alternatively +41 58 733 70 10).

  • Staying at the resort

    Are there any restrictions on the services offered in the resorts?
    You will find the relevant information on the respective resort page. In principle, the following applies: even if partially to a reduced extent, the services and infrastructure of reopened resorts are generally available to our guests. This is subject to and takes into account the respective government requirements as well as the standard security measures of Hapimag. These include our offers for families (child and youth care), our wellness treatments and our sports and activities programme. These are also constantly being adapted to the legal framework with regard to COVID-19.
