In our Wellness resorts, a comprehensive infrastructure awaits you. Put together your own wellness programme. With special gymnastics, Tai Chi, Qi-gong, Yoga, autogenous training or special nutrition you will find your inner balance.
Bracing climate
With every breath you will be doing something towards your fitness and your well-being, since the bracing climates will stimulate your metabolism and your body's overall activity level. Choose one of our resorts in Braunlage (DE), Winterberg (DE) or Andeer (CH).
Resting places
In all of our Wellness resorts you will come across quiet areas where you can sit or lie down. (except in Bad Neuenahr (DE) and Mas Nou (SP)).
Indoor pool
You will find indoor pools in all the Swiss and Austrian resorts. There are also indoor pools in Binz, Braunlage, Westerland Dünenblick, Winterberg (DE), Damnoni (GR), Scerne di Pineto (IT), Bad Kleinkirchheim, Hok-Yxenhaga (SW), Paguera (SP) or Bodrum (TK).
Open-air swimming
In Punkaharju (FI) and Hok-Yxenhaga (SE) you can swim in the lake or river. In the following resorts, the open-air swimming is available right in the resort: Damnoni (GR), Tonda, Scerne di Pineto (IT), Paguera, Mas Nou (SP) and Bodrum (TK).
Whirlpool and jacuzzi
Get a new lease of life after a dip in the whirlpool or jacuzzi. You will find these facilities on site in Binz, Westerland Dünenblick, Winterberg (DE), Flims, Interlaken (CH) and Bodrum (TK). In Punkaharju (FI) there is also a beach sauna in summer or a private sauna in the bungalow all year round.
Sauna
All Wellness resorts have a sauna, either in the resort itself or within a range of 0.1 km to 1.5 km (except in Paguera (SP) and Punkaharju (FI)).
Steam bath
Relax in a steam bath in the resorts of: Bad Neuenahr (0.1 km), Binz, Westerland Dünenblick (DE), Bad Kleinkirchheim (0.1 km), Bad Gastein, St. Michael (AT), Ascona, Flims, Interlaken (CH) and Bodrum (TK).
Solarium
Relax in the artificial sun in Binz, Braunlage, Westerland Dünenblick, Winterberg (DE), Damnoni (GR), Bad Kleinkirchheim (0.1 km), Bad Gastein, St. Michael (AT), Hok-Yxenhaga (SE), Andeer (1.5 km), Ascona, Flims or Interlaken (CH).
Thermal baths and spas
Strengthen your immune system with different treatments and visit the thermal baths in Bad Neuenahr (DE), Binz (DE), in Braunlage (23 km), Bad Kleinkirchheim (0.1 km), Bad Gastein (3 km) or in the Andeer mineral baths (1.5 km).
Pamper yourself
Keep yourself beautiful with a massage or a beauty treatment. These are offered in all resorts in Germany, Switzerland and Austria. And you can also pamper yourself in Damnoni (GR), in Tonda, Scerne die Pineto (IT), in Hok-Yxenhaga (SE), Paguera, Mas Nou (SP) or Bodrum (TK).
