As a working mother, I'm glad when I can place the entire job of organising holidays in somebody else's competent hands. When we have reached a decision on where to go for our next holidays, all we need to do is make one telephone call and our holiday is settled. The advisors at Hapimag Holiday Service book the apartment type we want, look up the best flight combinations and organise the transfer between the airport and the resort and back. I really appreciate receiving all services from a single source and not having to bother with the annoying task of organising apartments and flights. We are also certain of being well looked after we get to the resort. If we have any queries, the Reception staff are glad to help. And if our son doesn't want to go with his parents on some boring excursion, we know he'll be well looked after at the resort and we can go off in peace.
