On 1 January 2008 Hapimag introduced a loyalty card for members - the HapimagCard. Sales will be rewarded which are realised at Hapimag. Also, whoever successfully recommends Hapimag can further profit from premiums. As a reward, the HapimagCard holders will receive holiday points.

Hapimag members will be automatically rewarded from January 2008 when they purchase services via Hapimag. The purchase of products, the booking of flights, travelling with Tandem Tours, eating in the resort restaurants operated by Hapimag, even the local charges and the annual subscription charges, will be credited as sales on your personal HapimagCard. Furthermore, the member receives a recommendation premium and sales credit following a successful recommendation.

From Bronze to Platinum

The HapimagCard is available in bronze, silver, gold or platinum. Which status the member receives depends on the number of his holiday shares. Members with exclusive Residence Products will be awarded Bronze status.

With a holiday share or exclusive Residence products, the member benefits from Bronze status. With 2 to 4 Holiday Shares, silver status is attained, 5 to 7 Holiday Shares is commensurate to gold status and from 8 Holiday Shares upwards is platinum status.

When calculating status, only products which have been purchased via an official Hapimag sales agent are taken into account. The higher the status, the more attractive the premiums.

Sales converted to points

The collected sales on the HapimagCard are rewarded with holiday points in all four categories. At the end of a calendar year the member receives a points credit for his/her sales.

The sales and status determine the points credit amount. In addition, there are further attractive rewards for the individual categories.

HapiStar, the earlier recommendation programme, has been integrated into the HapimagCard programme. Hapimag members can select the link "To my personal account" on the right-hand side to see the status and sales.
