Resort management
The core division of Resorts is where members' holiday requirements are attended to. All Hapimag resorts together cater for more than 3.2 million nights of accommodation. The specialist areas and the  employees of the  Resort & Lifestyle Management support and manage the resorts in their daily work with over 1000 employees.

Corporate Communications

The Communications Department at Hapimag deals with media and PR work, as well as internal communications, in particular the intranet. The postal service and dispatch are also affiliated to this department. This structure provides Hapimag with integrated communication via the various different channels.

Finance and Controlling

The standard software R/3 was launched by SAP  at the start of 2005. In addition to accounting, this  software is also designed for finance reporting as well as the calculation of contribution margins.

Real Estate, Technical Department

The tasks of the Real Estate division include maintaining the intrinsic value of the properties through renovation and extension, as well as establishing new resorts in sought-after destinations.

Sports Entertainment & Activities

The SEA team is responsible for sport and entertainment in the resorts. A large number of employees create a varied programme on site to fulfil the members' holiday wishes for sport entertainment and children's programmes.

IT

The team in the Hapimag IT department is as diverse as Hapimag itself. In addition to network specialists, IT support staff and web developers, the development team attends in particular to the company's own administration system.

Holiday Service

We organise your holiday. We can book apartments, transfers, flights, hire cars and travel insurance for you from a single source.

Post / Dispatch

The place where all printed materials are brought together before being sent to our members. Four employees work in the Post/Dispatch Department.
