Board of Directors

The Hapimag Board of Directors is responsible for supervision of the company's business activities. It can make decisions on all matters which are not subject to the Annual General Meeting in accordance with the law or articles of incorporation. The Board of Directors defines company strategy. At present it consists of five members and is chaired by Dr. oec. Marisabel Spitz.

Hapimag has adapted this code for itself and compiled it in a document. It contains above all rules on the company organisation, its behaviour and presentation, both internal and external.
