The Board of Directors plans the future while the Executive Board manages the company. Together they keep Hapimag operating. Around 1,350 employees stand daily at the front. Whether they work on a Mediterranean island, in the far north or at head office in Baar, every employee is committed to good contacts with members and successful holidays.

Hapimag: facts and figures

The company is based in Baar, Switzerland, and has 57 holiday resorts, of which 2 are  houseboat home ports, in 18 countries in Europe and the USA.

Hapimag has financed itself from its own funds for over 40 years and attaches great importance to continuity and stability in growth. The company has over 139,000 registered members (as of 31 December 2007).

Hapimag is a joint-stock company according to Swiss law and has an Annual General Meeting, Board of Directors and Auditing Department.

The company is managed by a six-strong Executive Board and has a global workforce of around 1,350 employees.
