The buildings in the "Villa Saleggi" holiday resort and spa are grouped around a large round swimming pool with futuristic roofing. The holiday resort was built in 1988, taken over by Hapimag in 1998 and after initial maintenance and repair work in 1999 was opened to the members. In 2004/2005, the 63 spacious and elegant apartments were renovated and an attractive wellness area was created.

Swimming
The Lido (lakeside bathing beach) is right next to the harbour and is ten minutes away on foot. There are more bathing possibilities in the various valleys.
Good eating and drinking
As well as the many opportunities available in Ascona you can eat at the resort at the "Vecchio Ceppo" osteria. At the weekend there is a small à-la-carte offer and during the week various speciality evenings (e.g. Ticino or Italian evening). If you want to self-cater, the small grocer’s at the resort has everything you need.
Being mobile
Public transport is not the best A car is recommended. A bus service will take you to the centre of Ascona. City and mountainbikes, as well as modern bikeboards can be hired directly in the resort.
