Flight bookings
Prices and availability change constantly. Give us a call and we'll look for the best offer.
Pre-reservation
It is possible that there will be no flights available at the time your reserve your apartment. In that case, your accommodation confirmation will be accompanied by a form for a provisional booking / reservation. This airline reservation remains non-binding until flight times and prices are available.
Zero commission for scheduled and charter flights
There is now a charge for these services because the airline companies have dropped the commission for travel agencies. Hapitour is also affected by this decision. We have adjusted this service charge in line with the standard recommended levels on the market.
Transfers
Public transport (train, bus, taxi) is available at most airports. To ensure that your holiday starts as soon as you arrive at your destination, why not book an organised transfer before you leave home. You will then be met at the airport and taken to the resort you have booked.
Hotels en route
Are you driving to your holiday destination in your own car and looking to stop along the way? If so, we offer a range of conveniently located hotels which you can use for overnight stays.

Hire car
We can offer you exclusive special conditions for car hire.
There are new offers from AVIS as well as from "Holiday cars".
Insurance
Our insurance offers are handled by Europäische Reiseversicherungs AG in Basel. We offer:
- Repatriation insurance (for tourism services with SOS protection)
- Hapicare 365 annual insurance (valid for all travel worldwide, with Hapimag or not)
- Supplementary insurance (recovery costs in hospital)
