How can I change my current password?

Log on to the www.hapimag.com site (start page)*using your membership number and your current password. You then access the "my.hapimag.com" area. Select the "Info" menu and then the "Change password" submenu.

How do I request a password?

Select http://my.hapimag.com. Then click on the "Request password" link.

Please note:

The first requested password is always delivered by post. Delivery usually takes between 3-4 working days.
Click on the "Forgotten password" link the next time you request a password. Select whether you wish to receive the new password by post or e-mail. (provided we have your e-mail address)

Why doesn't my new password work?

Enter the membership number without a P and without a zero.
Remember to enter any characters in your password in upper and lower case and make sure that the CapsLock (permanent upper case) and NumLock (for the number block on your keyboard) are not active
When you request a new password, the old one immediately becomes inactive and you must then wait until the new password is delivered. (3-4 working days by post / a few minutes by e-mail)

How many incorrect attempts do I have to enter my password?

Access is blocked when you enter the password incorrectly five times. In this case, request a new password via the "Forgotten password" link.

Do any rules apply to the password?

The password must fulfil the following requirements:

must be at least 8 characters long
characters are case-sensitive
include at least one upper-case and one lower-case character
include at least one number

Note: special characters and spaces are not permitted.

What happens if I forget or misplace my password?

Click on the "Forgotten password" link to request*a new password in the login area at "http://my.hapimag.com".

Why does the system refuse my password request?

Most likely because a new password is already on its way to you. If not, please contact us.

Why do I have to change the password I received?

For security reasons.

Why has the password I requested not arrived?

The time is takes to deliver the password depends on the mode of delivery.

New passwords sent by post usually arrive within 3-4 working days.
Passwords sent by e-mail usually arrive almost immediately.

If you have already been waiting for some time, the e-mail address in our records may not be correct. Please contact us in this case.

Can I request a password for a subsidiary member?

No, you must use the password of the main member.
