A legal foundation is provided by articles of incorporation, corporate governance guidelines etc. Finally, the annual report describes the year's operating results. In 2006 the operating results were extremely good.

History as a basis

Over 40 years ago, three persons founded the Hotel und Apartmenthaus Immobilien Anlage AG. Quite a lot has happened since then. There have been new objectives, newcomers have built the "Hapimag" concept. The key milestones are perpetuated in the Hapimag story.
