Thanks to the unique maritime climate, walking and hiking on the island of Sylt are a real pleasure. In the seaside health resort of Westerland, you will find everything to pamper yourself and completely relax during your holiday.
Here you can go on extended walks with your family among the dunes along kilometres of beaches, and with a little luck see rare birds and butterflies. Marvel at the raging surf crashing against the west coast of Sylt, or walk through the tidal flats and enjoy the mild maritime climate. After a game of golf, relax in a typical Sylt beach chair or pamper yourself in the wellness area at the residence: With a full-body and foot reflex zone massage, you can let yourself go and feel new energy flowing through your body. Or you can relax in the whirlpool and enjoy the prickly sensation on your skin.

Drinks are available from Reception. The cuisine on the North Sea naturally includes plenty of seafood. Don’t worry, though. There are many other things to eat if you do not like fish. The long tradition of hospitality on the island has drawn a sizeable number of good, varied restaurants to the area. If you want to prepare your own food you will find a number of food shops about ten minutes away.

Public transport connections are good. The nearest bus stop is 10 minutes away. You can take the train at the Westerland station (1 km). Motor scooters, moped and bicycle rentals are available.
