styleTV Conditions of participation

Conditions of participation for the "styleTV competition"

1. Every month a draw will be made among all participants for 2 stays of one week in a 2-room (Comfort) apartment for 4 persons at one of the following Hapimag resorts: London/UK, Flims/CH, Albufeira/Portugal, Hörnum/Sylt/DE. Booking subject to availability. Not included: travel and catering.

2. The winners will be drawn by the e-mail addresses provided. The person who responds from the specified e-mail address with their name and address upon notification of the win will be considered as the winner of the prize by Hapimag.

3. Each winner will receive a voucher entitling them to book a stay within the space of 12 months by contacting telephone number +41 (41) 7 67 87 22. Subject to availability. The prize cannot be paid out in cash. The voucher is not transferable.

4. If the winner does not reply within four weeks after the prize notification was sent to the e-mail address given, entitlement to the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn.

5. Competition winners declare their consent to their name and place of residence being published on www.hapimag.com/styletv.

6. Employees of the Hapimag Group and their families, as well as persons in a competitive relationship to Hapimag AG, are excluded from the competition.

7. The judges' decision is final.
