Sonnleitn – Traditions of mountain life
We can join a guided walk and experience the entire splendour that closely surrounds us in the mountainous region. We become initiated in the secrets of cheese making on alpine pastures and learn how the Gailtaler Almkäse (alpine cheese) is made. This and other natural products from the region such as butter, bacon and bread are available directly from the producer at the alpine farmhouse.
