The resort with its large garden is located directly by the sea. Enjoy a cool dip in the sea or refresh in the resort's own swimming pond while your children gain new experiences playing in the Mini or Maxi Club or on an excursion. Go cycling to Pineto or hiking through Abruzzo and visit one of the three natural parks in the vicinity. Learn about the traditions and history of the region under competent guidance, and discover the old monasteries, picturesque villages and the medieval Torre di Cerrano in Pineto. During a wine and olive oil tasting you can sample the local liquid specialities and enrich your kitchen at home with products from Abruzzo or take them home to your friends as gifts from your holiday.

Our resort in Abruzzo is located between Gran Sasso and the Adriatic and is very close to the beach. It has 150 holiday apartments, which are especially suited to the needs of families and sports enthusiasts. In the Hapimag Mare & Monti restaurant you can enjoy a wide offering of regional specialities such as wood-fired pizzas, fresh fish and meat.

Bathing possibilities
Pebble beach right in front of the resort. Blue flag for excellent water quality. Beach towels are available at the reception (payment required). From June to September, our members can use sun loungers and parasols free of charge.

In Roseto (6 km), there is a sandy beach where you can hire loungers and parasols. Hapimag members receive a discount. In Pineto (5 km) there is also a sandy beach with restaurants and a kiosk. Loungers and parasols are available for hire.
Mobility

The resort is well connected to the public transport network. The bus stop to Pineto and Roseto is only 500 m away. From the train station (1 km) you can get a regional train to Pineto and Roseto. Nevertheless, a car is recommended. Cars, bicycles and mountain bikes can be rented directly at the resort.

Gastronomy

Italy without pizza? That just won’t do! That's why the "MARE & MONTI" restaurant serves over 50 different pizzas. Of course, you can also order other local dishes, a variety of pasta, fish, meat, desserts, and tasty snacks. You can have a neat espresso, aperitif or night-cap at the bar. You will find groceries for your daily needs in the grocery store at the resort.
