Taxi transfers from the airport can be organised at the residence reception. They must be ordered from the residence (in writing or by telephone) in good time. The standard price is discounted if you order in advance: Airport – Hapimag resort EUR 35.-- (to be paid in the taxi).
" Car
From the airport: on motorway GC-1 approximately 21 km towards Maspalomas (SUR). Leave the motorway at exit 37 Bahia Feliz/San Agustin, then take the next exit on the right towards Mogan on the GC-500. Follow the road and leave it after approximately 4 km at the San Agustin exit. Directly after the give-way sign there is a roundabout that flows to the left; leave this at the second exit (stay in the second lane to the right). Continue to a stop sign. Turn left into Calle los Jazmines. You will immediately come to the Hapimag residence on the right-hand side of the road (after the supermarket).

Additional information
- If you arrive outside of reception opening times, you will be received by a Digibox. To open it type in your membership number (if necessary without the first "0"). Remove your keychain from the Digibox. You will find more information in your apartment.
- Additional beds (extra persons) are not allowed in the apartments, with the exception of baby cots for infants from 0 - 2 years.
- Pets. ▪ Hapimag is obliged to abide by the following strict legal regulations: You are not allowed to bring animals into swimming pool facilities or public buildings (e.g. shops, restaurants). Animals are not allowed to be taken on public transport or transfer buses (hire car recommended).
- Please note that there is an increased rate of theft in holiday regions, especially the theft of cars, luggage, valuables and cash. Tricksters are more prevalent. Do not leave any handbags or valuables on display in your car. We recommend that you check your insurance cover before travelling.
