Feel the warm wind in your hair and the fine sand under your feet as you go walking in the spectacular dunes of Maspalomas. Or perhaps you would prefer to discover the impressive rock formations by bike and enjoy the wonderful view of the coast. On an excursion to the island's mountainous interior, you will find idyllic villages, high plateaus with pine forests and unusual basalt rock formations. Stroll around the street market in San Fernando and find some souvenirs to take home. Or take a sailing trip to watch the dolphins. After a relaxing massage, you can wind down the day with some delicious tapas in the Palmeras restaurant.
Holiday apartments on Gran Canaria
The residence in San Agustín on the Spanish island of Gran Canaria is just a few steps away from a fine dark-lava sandy beach. It has 62 apartments, each with a balcony and most with a sea view.

The "Bistro Palmeras" is open from around midday and will spoil you with a variety of cocktails. For your own purchases, you can use the supermarket at the "Ifa Beach" hotel (10 m) and a Spar market (300 m).
Only 80 m from the residence you will find a sandy beach with fine-grained dark lava sand, the quietest beach on the entire island. Parasols and beach mats are available at the residence (payment required). There are also restaurants on the beach. There is a bright, fine sandy beach with dunes at Maspalomas (7 km). The bus connections to Maspalomas are very good. For those who bathe in the nude, there is a naturist beach 8 km away.
Public transport connections are very good. The nearest stop is about 200 m away. Cycles, mountain bikes, scooters, quad bikes and mopeds can be hired from the residence itself.
