The residence in Lake Berkley near Orlando consists of 18 buildings, each with 4 to 6 two-storey town houses. The 94 colourful town houses can accommodate 4 to 6 people, with a living/dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, a guest toilet and washroom space. The reception at the residence, constructed in 2002, is in the club house.

• Bathing possibilities

  From Orlando, it is a 1½-hour drive to the sandy beaches of the east coast of Florida and about 3 hours by car to the west coast of the Gulf of Mexico. Lake Berkley is not suitable for bathing.

• Gastronomy

  Drinks are served at the poolside bar. There is no restaurant and there are no shopping facilities at the residence itself. However, in the immediate vicinity, you will find a large number of restaurants in various price categories and a 24-hour shopping centre.

• Mobility

  Only limited means of public transport are available. A hire car is thus essential.
