• Hapimag: Positive annual result and considerably improved EBIT

   
  

  15.03.2012 / Hapimag, the leading company in the European market for parttime rights of residence, in 2011 achieved a positive annual result of EUR 1.2 million (previous year EUR -7.8 million). The operating income rose by 8.5 per cent to EUR 186.4 million (previous year EUR 171.7 million). Despite the strong Swiss franc, Hapimag members also travelled to the Swiss resorts.

• Hapimag sells resort on Kanzelhöhe in Carinthia

   
  

  27.02.2012 / Hapimag, the leading company offering rights of residence, has sold its resort in Carinthia on the Gerlitzen Alpe to a group of investors, who have already found a leaseholder. The resort is being converted and will reopen in summer 2012.

  23.02.2012 / According to surveys, second homes in Switzerland are only in use for around six weeks each year.   16.01.2012 / Since June 2011 Michael Mayer has been managing the resort in Unterkirnach on an interim basis. He is now assuming new duties at the Hapimag headquarters in Baar (CH). The change of management in the resort in Unterkirnach has already taken place.

• Cooperation venture between Hapimag and the Caritas association: Fohrenhof restaurant opened

   
  

  15.11.2011 / After a construction period of almost one year, the time had now come: On Saturday, 12 November 2011, Hapimag and the Caritas association celebrated the opening of the Hapimag resort in Unterkirnach with the converted Fohrenhof restaurant. Around 80 guests took part; a VIP assumed patronage for the Fohrenhof.
