From Bologna/Florence:
Take Autostrada del Sole (A1) to the Firenze-Certosa exit, then take the Firenze-Siena motorway to the Colle Val d’Elsa exit south. After approximately 200 m you will reach a roundabout. Follow the signs for Grosseto until you reach the SP541 (traversa Maremma). Continue driving on this road; after approximately 25 km you will reach the SP73 at a crossroads. Turn right and drive towards Massa Marittima/Follonica. After approximately 1.3 km turn left to Pentolina. After about 4.5 km further on the panoramic road you will be able to see the Pentolina resort.

Important:
When you arrive please park your car in a non-numbered parking space and bring identification for all people present to check-in at reception (leave your luggage in your car). Once you have checked in you will be directed to the parking space for your apartment.

From Pisa Airport:
From the airport take the FI-LI-PI dual carriageway directly, following the blue signs to Livorno. Then follow signs to Firenze (Florence) and take this motorway approximately 80 km to the on-ramp to the Autostrada del Sole (A1) towards Firenze-Scandicci. Continue on this motorway towards Roma (Rome) for approximately 7 km as far as the exit for Firenze-Certosa, then continue as described under arrivals from the Bologna/Florence direction.

From Rome:
Take the Autostrada del Sole (A1) towards Firenze-Siena as far as the Valdichiana-Sinalunga exit. Continue towards Siena on the E326. Before Siena follow the signs for Grosseto-Roma; after approximately 10 km on the S223 take the Rosia-Orgia exit. After approximately 6 km you will come to the crossroads in Rosia. Here turn left onto the E73 towards Massa Marittima-Roccastrada. After approximately 6 km on a windy road you will reach the signs for Pentolina / Hapimag. Turn left here and after about 4.5 km further on the panoramic road you will be able to see the Pentolina resort.

• On the days of arrival (Saturday and Wednesday) shopping facilities are available in the resort until 20.00
• On the days of arrival the restaurant is open until 22.00.
• The outdoor pool is heated from 1 April.
• In Italy dogs must always be kept on a lead or wear a muzzle. In some regions and on public transport and boats both conditions apply at the same time. During June, July and August dogs are not allowed on beaches or at bathing areas. Dogs are not allowed in restaurants or food shops.
• Please note that there is an increased rate of theft in holiday regions, especially the theft of cars, luggage, valuables and cash. Tricksters are more prevalent. We recommend that you check your insurance cover before travelling.
