Organisation
The Board of Directors plans the future while the Executive Board manages the company. Together they keep Hapimag operating. Around 1,350 employees stand daily at the front. Board of Directors
The Hapimag Board of Directors is responsible for supervision of the company's business activities. It can make decisions on all matters which are not subject to the Annual General Meeting in accordance with the law or articles of incorporation. The Board of Directors defines company strategy. At present it consists of five members with Dr. oec. Marisabel Spitz as President.

Executive Board
The Hapimag Executive Board is responsible for operative management of the company. It is elected and empowered by the Board of Directors. The CEO is Kurt Scholl.

Advisory Board
With its specialist knowledge, experience and contacts, the Advisory Board is available to the managing bodies of the Hapimag group to support their decision making and further development of Hapimag in the international environment.
