Residence in Bad Neuenahr has been sold
14.11.2011 / The residence in Bad Neuenahr has been sold for the end of 2011 and is therefore no longer available to our members.The Bad Neuenahr residence was one of the oldest Hapimag addresses and would have had to be completely renovated to bring it up to an appropriate standard. This would have required an investment of several million Euro. The building is, however, located on a small piece of real estate. Structural extensions are not possible - for this reason the resort would not have met modern standards despite such investment and would not have been economical to operate. The Hapimag management therefore decided to sell the property in Bad Neuenahr.
