Delays to building project in Liguria
15.03.2012 / The contract negotiations with various authorities in Cervo on the Ligurian coast are delaying the planning work. However, Hapimag will continue to work on this attractive project.Securing the necessary properties of existing neighbours is adding to the delays. Hapimag now hopes to submit a building application by summer 2012. We expect to receive building permission for the new resort at the start of 2013. Hapimag is still convinced that the seaside location of the property is ideal.
New building project in Liguria
09.11.2010 / After extensive negotiations, in April 2010 Hapimag was able to conclude the preliminary contract for a property at an exclusive location in Cervo in Liguria on the Italian Riviera. The condition for the preliminary contract is the issue of a valid building licence. However, this will take some time because building approvals often take longer than expected. However, we should have a valid building licence roughly by the end of 2011.
A resort with roughly 110 apartments is to be built on the property, which has direct access to the sea. It will also naturally include a central building with bistro, pool and wellness facilities. This project is an attractive addition to the Hapimag portfolio of properties and will fulfil the long-standing wish of members for a resort in the north of Italy.
