Travelling from the airport: Take the S8 or S1 (S-Bahn, suburban rail) to the main station (Hauptbahnhof) (travel time approx. 45 minutes). 

» Car

Coming from Stuttgart on A8 motorway:
End of motorway, first traffic light straight on through Verdi-, Amalien- and Menzinger-Strasse to Romanplatz, then get in left-hand lane and follow round to the left to Arnulfstrasse. Turn right at Wilhelm-Hale-Strasse and go over the Friedheimer Brücke (bridge) (over railway tracks). After the bridge (traffic lights) turn left into Landsbergerstrasse, go to the end, then after a sharp right bend immediately turn left into Schwanthalerstrasse. Follow this road to the end, then right into Sonnenstrasse and immediately right again into Landwehrstrasse.

Coming from Nuremberg on A9 motorway:
Follow the A9 to the München-Schwabing exit. At the end of the A9 (sharp right bend) follow directions to city centre (Zentrum) (do not enter the tunnel). At the next traffic lights turn left into Leopoldstrasse and then straight on past the Siegestor (Victory Gate) into Ludwigstrasse. At the Feldherrenhalle turn right into Briennerstrasse, at the next junction keep to the left, across Maximiliansplatz to Lenbachplatz (get in left-hand lane). At Karlsplatz (Stachus) turn left into Sonnenstrasse, then straight on and then turn right into Landwehrstrasse.

Coming from Salzburg on A8 motorway:
At the "München Süd" junction (before Munich), follow directions for Garmisch to the end of the motorway. The motorway becomes the Mittlerer Ring. Follow the road to the Pasing-Stadtmitte (town centre) exit (near a tunnel). Turn right into Landsbergerstrasse, follow the road to the end, after a sharp right bend get in the left-hand lane and turn into Schwanthalerstrasse. Go to the end of the road and turn right into Sonnenstrasse, at the next road turn right again into Landwehrstrasse.

Coming from Lindau on A96 motorway:
Go to the end of the motorway. The motorway becomes the Mittlerer Ring. Continue to the Pasing-Stadtmitte (town centre) exit. Then as described for coming from Salzburg. 

» Rail

Munich main station (Hauptbahnhof) (from station to resort approx. 500 m). Main exit, right into Schillerstrasse, on to Landwehrstrasse, then left, after approx. 30 m you will reach the Hapimag city residence.

• Use of the garage is allowed only with the permission of resort employees. There is absolutely no parking/stopping in the entire entrance area (inner courtyard). It is not possible to drive into the inner courtyard and garage between 23.00 and 07.00.
• As the garage can only be accessed via a car lift and also has duplex parking spaces, the following maximum vehicle sizes apply: length 5 m, width 1.9 m, height 1.5 m, max. vehicle weight 2 t. Roof mountings or ski boxes that exceed the specified height must be removed before entry.
• Sufficient parking spaces are available, i.e. only for cars that do not deviate from the standard and do not exceed the above-stated dimensions.
  Reservation in advance is not possible!
• Vending machines are available in the city residence (drinks and a small range of snacks).
• Permanent pollution-free zones are currently being designated in many towns and cities throughout Germany. It is only permitted to drive through these pollution-free zones with an appropriate emissions disc. This also applies to foreign vehicles. Information: www.tuev-sued.de
