Houseboats in Germany – Secluded nature and idyllic little towns
During our copious breakfast on deck, we let our gaze wander over the hilly countryside. Again and again, we see the glistening of the lakes. On the trip along the eastern bank of the Müritz, where there is neither a house nor a jetty to be seen, we enjoy the view of the green landscape. We may dare a jump into the crystal-clear water to cool down and swim a few strokes. Further north, we dock the boat: we do not want to miss the lively town of Waren, with its historic Old Town, and the nearby Müritz National Park.
