Getting there

From all directions on the A19 motorway (Berlin-Rostock):
Exit 18 Röbel/Müritz, direction of Leizen, keep following the B198 towards Neustrelitz. 500 metres after Vietzen, at the junction turn left immediately after the railway crossing towards Rechlin-Boek. Drive toward Boek on the K3. After the Rechlin-Nord junction, take the next road on the left (signposted to Hafendorf Müritz Claasssee). After 200 metres the entrance to Hafendorf Müritz is on the right.

If you are using a navigation system or route planner, enter "Boeker Landstrasse, 17248 Rechlin" as the destination address. Please read the above description shortly before arriving at your destination. Navigation systems and route planners will take the wrong route.

Special information
  • All additional services (e.g. bicycles, closed car park, etc.) and flat-rate charges must be paid directly to the base in cash (Euro) or using an EC, Maestro or credit card (Mastercard or Visa). American Express is not accepted.
  • A deposit for the boat and fuel must be paid before the boat is handed over. The deposit for the boat can be reduced by taking out charter insurance. The deposit must be paid in cash or using a credit card (Mastercard or Visa). Other cards are not accepted. Please refer to the current booking information for details of deposit amounts.
  • Please observe the travel conditions and instructions in the Hapimag Booking Information.
  • There is no safe on board. Do not leave cash or valuables unattended on your houseboat.
  • To ensure your comfort you should not take more than four bicycles with you on your houseboat (due to lack of space).
  • Boat handover
    without boat licence: between 14.00 and 14.30 (duration of briefing approx. 3 ½ hours)
    with boat licence: between 14.00 and 17.00
  • You can return your boat to the place you collected it from between 08.00 and 09.00
Drivers without a boat license should arrive before 14.30 in time for the theoretical charter instruction for boat navigation, which starts at 15.00 and is obligatory. Without charter instruction the houseboat must only be operated on the lakes with a sports boat licence for inland waterways or a comparable international boat licence.
