Unlike other centres of pottery art, not only clay-fired pots and tiles are manufactured in La Bisbal; instead, the town is known for its long tradition of decorative ceramics and the manufacture of building materials. As well as the museum, there are many ceramics shops for every taste. In addition, traditional Catalan antique shops invite you to go in and browse.
