Learn your first steps of flamenco or improve your language skills by taking a Spanish course. Take a trip to the famous Rock of Gibraltar or to the city of Ronda with its many traces of the Moorish past. You can best experience the glamour of high society over tapas or paella in one of the restaurants at the yacht marina. With water sports activities, hiking in countless nature reserves and tennis on offer, active guests will find exactly what they are looking for in Marbella. The Costa del Sol and golf go hand-in-hand: You can improve your handicap on no less than 60 golf courses. Art enthusiasts will also find that Marbella and the surrounding area have a lot to offer. At the Picasso Museum in Malaga or the Museum of Modern Art, you will find both modern and older paintings. And every morning the long beach directly in front of your apartment is ideal for enjoying sweet idleness.

The residence in Marbella is located directly on the promenade. You will enjoy the unbelievable view of the beautiful sea, the beach and the promenade. The 166 apartments offer every comfort for a perfect holiday in the sunny south.

The ground floor of the residence is currently being comprehensively renovated. The work is scheduled for completion by June 2012. The residence will remain open during the renovation.

In our restaurant "Bellamar" we offer great variety. Themed evenings with meals on the terraces, the "white village square" or patios among subtropical vegetation. Enjoy the picturesque sunset in a typical location over a fish dish and a good Spanish wine. Our "Bar Andaluz" is very popular, especially in winter. At the "Bar Andaluz", you can meet other guests during the dance evenings or other special events.

The resort's own grocery store provides you with both international and typical local produce.

Mobility
