Encosta Cabo Girão
The well-equipped Encosta Cabo Girão resort is located on one of the highest cliffs in Europe – roughly 13 kilometres from the capital Funchal – and provides a magnificent panoramic view of the valley, the capital and the sea. 18 of a total of 120 apartments are reserved for Hapimag members. These all have a wonderful view of the sea.-

Good eating and drinking
There is an à-la-carte restaurant, the Blue Marlin pool bar and the clubhouse, where lunch and evening meals are served. The snack service in the Blue Marlin pool bar is available during the day.
The mini-market is open daily and offers a selection of food, drinks, stationery, toiletries and much more. -
The resort is not run by Hapimag – therefore there are no Hapimag employees on site. The facilities, furnishings and equipment in supplementary accommodation apartments and resorts may differ from those at Hapimag addresses. Please note that mainly English is spoken in this resort. The beach is 15 minutes' drive from the resort, so we recommend hiring a car.
