» Getting there on your own steam

Underground (Lancaster Gate station):
The next underground station is Lancaster Gate on the Central line. When you come out of the station turn right along Bayswater Road and continue for around 200 m. Then turn right into Lancaster Gate. Take the first street on the left. Continue to the Hapimag city residence, which is situated on the right-hand corner of the next crossroads.

From Heathrow Airport:
Take the train (Heathrow Express*) to Paddington station. When you come out of the station turn right onto the main road (Praed Street) and walk along this street for around 10 minutes. Turn left into Craven Terrace (one-way street) and then turn right at Lancaster Gate. Continue to the Hapimag city residence, which is situated on the right-hand corner of the next crossroads. Take the underground to Lancaster Gate station on the Central line.

From Gatwick Airport:
Take the Gatwick Express* or the normal train to Victoria station. Then continue as described above in the section on arriving by underground or take bus no. 148 to Leinster Terrace (next stop after Lancaster Gate).

From Stansted Airport:
Take the train (Stansted Express*) to Liverpool Street station. Then proceed as described in the section for getting there by train.

From City Airport:
Take the train (Docklands Light Railway) to Bank Station. Then proceed as described in the section for getting there by underground.

From Luton Airport:
Take the Green Line bus no. 757 to Marble Arch. Then proceed as described in the section for getting there by underground. 

» Rail

From all stations take the underground to Lancaster Gate station on the Central line. Then proceed as described in the section for getting there by underground. 

» Car

Drive towards Central London then towards the West End and Marble Arch. From Marble Arch follow the signs to "The West“. You will find yourself on Bayswater Road. Continue and then turn right into Lancaster Gate. We advise against arriving by car. Hapimag London does not have its own car park and parking fees in London are exceptionally high. In addition, the fact that you have to drive on the left makes things difficult for visitors from abroad. The area is also subject to heavy traffic.
Note that there is a congestion charge of £8.- for driving in the city centre during peak hours (Monday to Friday from 07.00 to 18.00). Our city residence is situated within the congestion charge zone. You can pay the congestion charge on the Internet (www.cclondon.com) or by telephone (+44 (845) 9 00 12 34) using a credit card up to 90 days in advance.

• Means of payment: Credit and Maestro cards are generally accepted. You can withdraw cash using Maestro cards (and your pin code) from some cash machines. You can not normally pay by Eurocheque in Great Britain.
