The Jungfrau region is famous for its countless outdoor activities. And winter sports enthusiasts will delight in the variety of the nearby ski areas of the Bernese Oberland.

Travel on the rack-and-pinion railway to Europe's highest train station at the Jungfraujoch. Marvel at the performance of the conquerors of the infamous north face of the Eiger and challenge yourself whilst under expert guidance during canyoning or river rafting. Change your vantage point and get a birdseye view of the Bernese Oberland during paragliding. Experience nature during walks and hikes, scale one of the steep mountain tops and learn how to completely rely on your partner on the countless climbing routes. Try out water sports on Lake Thun and Lake Brienz – the heart of the Bernese Oberland – or go for a cruise e.g. on the venerable "Blüemlisalp", a nostalgic double-deck saloon steamer from the Belle Epoque. Ski your way down the impressive glaciers of the famous Vallée Blanche. Interlaken is also well situated for a visit to Bern, the federal capital of Switzerland. Explore the culture in and around Interlaken and learn about Swiss traditions in the open-air museum.

The 105 modern, spacious apartments at the residence offer great views of the Jungfrau. The large wellness area invites you to sit back and relax. Escape from the exhausting daily programme in the steam bath, sauna and adventure pool.
