Information on the job

During a gymnastics session, while hiking, in the children’s club, with youths at a beach party, in the evening on stage or in conversation with guests at the pool bar - we will be there to make sure our guest's stay becomes an unforgettable experience. As an Active Team employee within guest hospitality, you will primarily be a point of contact who - through your personality and individual attention - will make sure that our guests always feel welcome and will add a special atmosphere to their stay.

• Active Team working times

  Our SEA season usually runs from the start of April to mid-November. Working times may be shorter. However, the minimum working period is two months.
  
  Working in our Active Team is not a "nine to five" job and requires a lot of motivation and stamina. Positive "feedback" from our guests compensates for the long hours and at the end, you can look back fondly on a season full of unforgettable experiences and a whole lot of fun.

• Casting / Interviews

  The next interviewing days will take place in October / December in various cities in Germany, Austria, Italy and Switzerland. Applicants whose applications make it through our preselection phase are invited to an interview, where you will have the opportunity to get to know Hapimag, the job as an Active Team employee and us, the SEA team, a lot better. During the interview you will have the opportunity to present yourself and highlight your strengths.
