We create your own individual treatment programme using our exclusive Thalgo products. We are happy to provide you with advice. We want to optimally fulfil your desires in terms of treatments and time. For this reason we recommend you book your treatments before arrival where possible: Telephone: +49 (4651) 4 60 84 00 or e-mail: wellness.hoernum@hapimag.com. If you are unable to attend an appointment, please inform us at the latest one day in advance. Otherwise a cancellation fee of 80% of the treatment price is charged.
