Hazyview – Sanbonani
Just 4 km from the town of Hazyview in the Mpumalanga region, located between the Sabie and Sand rivers, is this complex of luxurious, thatched lodges. The well-kept Sanbonani complex is a quiet oasis for guests and an ideal place to recharge your batteries and relax. If you want to relax elsewhere, it's just a short drive from the resort to the wellness centre.
From the resort, it is just a short distance to the Kruger National Park, to the Mac Mac Falls, to the Blyde River Canyon and other spectacular attractions such as God’s Window, Pilgrim’s Rest and the Sudwala Caves. In 1873 gold was found in the historic village of Pilgrim’s Rest, just a couple of minutes' drive from Sanbonani. It is now a type of living museum where visitors are transported back to the gold rush period in the Transvaal. You should definitely visit Pilgrim’s Rest.
At sunset, the hippos often grant the guests a private show and the whole area buzzes with life. Wildlife can be quietly watched from the terrace of the lodge.-

All lodges are cleaned daily (except on Sundays and public holidays) and have a guarded covered car park, a restaurant, a games room and a playground. The resort offers boules, tennis, squash, a fitness centre and a natural water swimming pool.
The resort employees will be delighted to arrange other activities for you: Guided quad bike tours, wildwater rafting, horse riding, tubing, hot air balloon trips, paintball and much more besides – and all within a 20 km radius of the resort. -
