How to gain access to Hapimag properties

If you buy Hapimag shares, you will become a member and have access to all the addresses. Unlike privately owning a holiday apartment, you can leave the administration, careful upkeep and renovation of the properties to Hapimag. At the same time, you benefit from the extensive infrastructure, personalised advice and services provided locally.

With membership, you receive residence points each year, which you can use flexibly for stays at the 57 resorts and residences. You yourself decide the place, time and duration of your stays. If you do not use your residence points, you can transfer them to the following year. Your residence points are valid for a total period of five years.

The amount you invest in Hapimag shares and thus in your quality of life is totally up to you. We will be glad to show you the many options provided by Hapimag membership in a personal meeting.

The local charges and the annual subscription charge are calculated to cover costs without any mark-up.
  • You become a shareholder and thus a member of Hapimag.
  • As a co-owner, you receive a certain number of residence points annually.
