The city residence in Neumarkt in the centre of Dresden is just a stone's throw away from the rebuilt Frauenkirche. The building has an originally restored Baroque façade and contains 38 modern apartments.

Important information
  • There is no parking availability at the city residence
  • If you are travelling in your own car, you should use the parking spaces provided in the public Frauenkirche/Neumarkt car park, Landhausstrasse 2 (approx. EUR 10.00 per day)
  • Please book your parking space at least a week before your arrival at the city residence
  • We recommend that you arrive by public transport
