How do I log in correctly?
You already have a login for online bookings: log in using your membership no. (without P or M and the preceding zeroes) and personal Hapimag password.
You have created a MyHapimag profile, but do not have a login for online bookings: log in with your e-mail address and the password you specified when creating your MyHapimag profile.

The Hapimag resort is located between Chamonix and Les Praz.
Arriving via Geneva:
Take the motorway towards Chamonix/Mont Blanc to the Chamonix exit. After the second roundabout go towards Martigny/Les Praz. Drive around 3 km and turn left (Plaine des Praz). Note the small Hapimag sign.
Arriving via Martigny:
Via Argentière/Les Praz. In Les Praz take the exit towards Chamonix at the roundabout. Drive around 200 m and turn off (Plaine des Praz). Note the small Hapimag sign.
Please note: The Hapimag signs really are very small!

Additional information
- We recommend our restaurant Le Refuge: Savoy specialities, menu of the day and themed evenings.
- You are at 1035 m above sea level. Warm clothing is vital and we recommend sturdy shoes for hiking.
- The cable cars are not in operation for some of spring and autumn.
- Pets (which must be at least three months old) must have been vaccinated against rabies at least four weeks beforehand but no more than one year beforehand.
- Please note that there is an increased rate of theft in holiday regions, especially the theft of cars, luggage, valuables and cash. Tricksters are more prevalent. We recommend that you check your insurance cover before travelling.
