Braunlage – Bewitched experience of nature
We follow in the footsteps of Goethe and with a little luck, will hear the witches chant on the Brocken, as Faust and Mephistopheles once did. We discover the natural beauty of the Harz mountains on guided walks in and around Braunlage and watch out for resident wild boar. We descend underground into the Rübeländer caves and admire the stalactites and stalagmites that have formed over thousands of years.
We soak up the sun on our own balcony or enjoy a romantic carriage ride. The resort is a haven for passive and active relaxation and a base for discovering the history of the region.
