Coming from Hamburg, Lübeck, Rostock:
A20 motorway in direction of Rostock/Stralsund. Exit for Stralsund/Sassnitz/Insel Rügen and follow the B96 toward Rügendamm/Rügenbrücke until just before Bergen. Before Bergen turn onto the B196 toward Binz/Göhren. At Karow turn left onto the B196a (get in left-hand lane). At the Prora traffic lights turn right towards Binz. After 3 km turn left toward Binz West. Cross the railway line and then immediately turn right toward Binz West. Follow the road for approx. 700 m (several 90° bends), then turn left into Dünenstrasse and after approx. 400 m (after Edeka supermarket) again turn left into Proraer Strasse and to the Hapimag resort.

Coming from Berlin:
1. Via the A19 motorway, exit onto the A20 in the direction of Stralsund/Stettin, then as from Hamburg/Lübeck.
2. Via the A11 motorway, direction of Stettin. At the Uckermark junction, exit onto the A20 in the direction of Lübeck/Stralsund. Follow the B96 to the Stralsund/Sassnitz/Insel Rügen exit and then continue as described for coming from Hamburg/Lübeck.

Alternative during the high season (please tune in to traffic news on NDR 1 MV on UKW). Exit the B96 toward Stahlbrode/Reinberg. Take the Glewitzer car ferry to Rügen. Then follow signs to Garz, Putbus, Vilmnitz and Binz. In Binz follow Bahnhofstrasse and Jasmunder Strasse, then turn right into Wylichstrasse, go to the end of the road, turn left and you will arrive at the Hapimag resort after approx. 800 m.

Fee-paying car ferry to Rügen (Glewitzer ferry): in service between April and October (no service at other times. Exception: At Christmas and New Year the ferry is in use if the Baltic is free from ice).

First crossing 06.00, last crossing at 21.40 (in autumn 20.10).
Ferry leaves every 20 minutes. Changes possible at any time. Please phone information number for confirmation. Telephone +49 (18032) 1 21 20.

Important:
If using a navigation system (GPS) do not enter the postal address "Strandpromenade 66", but "Dünenstrasse 57". You will be guided to the Edeka supermarket. The Hapimag resort is located directly opposite the supermarket. 

» Rail

IC station Binz. From there take a taxi to the Hapimag resort (approx. 1.0 km). The taxi rank is located directly at the station. People arriving by train may have to wait a while at the taxi rank. It is not possible to prebook a taxi on account of the short distance.

• Parking is available in the resort only in the underground car park which is subject to a fee (see current Booking Information). The maximum height of the garage entrance is 2.00 m. A parking space is reserved for each apartment. No other parking spaces are available on the Hapimag property. Vehicles over 2.00 m in height can be parked (provided that space is available) for a fee on the parking deck of the neighbouring hotel. For mobile homes, parking spaces are available at the Behrenwolt car park (Tel. +49 (38393) 26 61), approx. 1.5 km from the Hapimag resort.
• The island of Rügen is ideal for walks and hikes. Please bring appropriate clothing and shoes.
• Bicycle paths are now well developed. There are good opportunities for bicycle tours from Binz. Bicycles can be hired from the Deutschmann family shop at the train station (Tel. +49 (38393) 3 24 20).
• Beach chairs for your stay (subject to a charge) can be reserved in the resort by writing in advance. The reservations are binding.
• An initial information pack on Rügen and the Hapimag resort can be sent to you upon request ("Rügen Extra" travel guide, cycling and hiking map of Rügen. Sent to addresses in Germany for EUR 13.50. For postage abroad, additional costs apply). Order directly in the resort.
• Reservations for treatments in the newly designed wellness area can be made before arrival.
