Regional, seasonal, traditional, exceptional. Our North Sea plaice fillet with a potato crust is just one example of this. The carefully selected wine list and various cultural gastronomy evenings round off the exclusive offering of the Biike Restaurant. Or you might like to simply treat yourself at the bar or in a cosy spot next to the fireplace in our lounge after a long beach walk.
