Berlin Zoo – In the heart of the pulsating metropolis

At our address in Berlin Zoo experience the contrast between modernity and nostalgia for the German Democratic Republic (GDR). Discover historic buildings, modern shopping temples and places of world history. Berlin is a trendy city with excellent shopping quarters, fashion boutiques, restaurants and nightclubs. The offer of cultural attractions is as diverse as the city itself.

The residence is situated near the legendary Kurfürstendamm - the tourist shopping area in the west of the city. Build up strength for your shopping expedition in the legendary delicatessen department of "KaDeWe" – the largest store in Germany. You will find a large collection of different animal species in Berlin Zoo and the Zoo Aquarium, both of which have drawn generations of visitors since 1844. Marvel at the photography collection in the Newton Museum or visit the Käthe Kollwitz museum. Climb the 285 steps to the viewing platform on the victory column and enjoy the view out over the zoo and urban sprawl. Discover the cultural attractions in the countless museums, galleries and theatres.

Carmen Huber, Manager
Welcome to Berlin Zoo
"The ground under Berlin has as many holes as a Swiss cheese! In a former bunker in the underground station Gesundbrunnen, on four storeys you can find out all about the various tunnels and subterranean passageways in Berlin."
