Wellness at Lake Maggiore

The buildings at the Villa Saleggi residence are arranged around a large covered swimming pool. The varied range of wellness offerings includes massages and therapies such as the Feldenkrais method, Shiatsu or other therapies based on colour, light and sound. In the large wellness area, you can relax in the sauna, the sanarium, the steam and Kneipp bath or in the relaxation room. In the resort's own Grotto Restaurant, you can enjoy the specialities of Ticino cuisine and fine wines.

Gastronomy
The "Osteria Grotto Villa Saleggi" offers the chance to sample the cuisine of Ticino during your stay. A selection of bread rolls, breakfast foods and local products can be obtained on site. The house wine cellar contains a large selection of regional wines.
Bathing possibilities
The Lido (lakeside bathing beach, with admission charge) is right next to the harbour and is ten minutes away on foot. There are further bathing options in the different valleys.
Mobility
Public transport is not the best. A car is recommended. You can get into the centre of Ascona by shuttle bus, which runs four times daily. You can hire road bikes and mountain bikes directly in the residence.
