Arriving from Faro Airport (approx. 50 km), motorway with toll:
Set your odometer to 0 and leave the airport in the direction of the A22 motorway. After approximately 3 km, follow the signs for IC4 Lisboa, Portimão, Loulé. At approximately 7.5 km continue in the direction of the A22 to Espanha, Lisboa and at approximately 11 km to Lisboa, Portimão, Albufeira. You will exit the motorway after approximately 38 km (N395 Albufeira). Take a left and then a right, always in the direction of Albufeira. After the petrol station (on the left) you will come to a roundabout at 44 km (Portuguese explorers/sailors). Turn right towards Castelo-Galé. At approximately 45 km go straight on at the roundabout (dolphins), continuing towards Castelo-Galé. After approximately 48 km turn left towards Castelo (Hapimag sign). At the next roundabout continue straight on. At approximately 49 km turn left and then right after 50 m (Praia do Castelo). After a further 300 m you will see the entrance to the Hapimag resort on your left.

Arriving from Faro Airport (approx. 50 km), toll-free motorway:
Set your odometer to 0 and leave the airport in the direction of the A22 motorway. After approximately 3 km, follow the signs for Portimão / Almancil on the EN 125. Leave the EN 125 towards Ferreiras / Albufeira (approx. 700 m after CEPSA petrol station). At the next roundabout (small trees) turn left (towards Albufeira). Go straight ahead at the next three roundabouts. After the petrol station (on the left) you will come to a roundabout at 44 km. (Portuguese explorers/sailors) Turn right towards Castelo-Galé. At approximately 45 km go straight on at the roundabout (dolphins), continuing towards Castelo-Galé. After approximately 48 km turn left towards Castelo (Hapimag sign). At the next roundabout continue straight on. At approximately 49 km turn left and then right after 50 m (Praia do Castelo). After a further 300 m you will see the entrance to the Hapimag resort on your left.

From Lisbon:
From Lisbon take the main road EO1/IP1 or A2 motorway (tolls payable) towards the south (Algarve). As when travelling from all other directions, take the Albufeira exit and take the N395 towards Albufeira. Take a left and then a right, always in the direction of Albufeira. After the petrol station (on the left) you will come to a roundabout at 44 km (Portuguese explorers/sailors). Turn right towards Castelo-Galé. At approximately 45 km go straight on at the roundabout (dolphins), continuing towards Castelo-Galé. After approximately 48 km turn left towards Castelo (Hapimag sign). At the next roundabout continue straight on. At approximately 49 km turn left and then right after 50 m (Praia do Castelo). After a further 300 m you will see the entrance to the Hapimag resort on your left.

• Please note that there is a time difference of one hour to most European countries (e.g. CET 09.00, Portugal 08.00).
• Location: The Hapimag resort is at Praia de Castelo, approx. 6 km west of Albufeira.
• Supermarket: open daily, wide range of central European and local products
• Pets: Hapimag is obliged to abide by the following strict legal regulations: You are not allowed to bring animals into swimming pool facilities or public buildings (e.g. shops, restaurants). Animals are not allowed to be taken on public transport or transfer buses (hire car recommended).
• Golf: Owing to the great demand, we recommend that you reserve your tee-off times in the resort in advance by fax or e-mail.
• We recommend that you check your insurance cover before travelling. The facilities at state hospitals on the Algarve do not meet central European standards in every respect. It is advisable to take out additional insurance to cover any treatment from private doctors or clinics that may be necessary.
• Please note that there is an increased rate of theft in holiday regions, especially the theft of cars, luggage, valuables and cash. Tricksters are more prevalent. We recommend that you check your insurance cover before travelling.
